If you want to be a coach, if you want to help others live the life of their dreams, then you really should have made significant progress towards your own goals. Secondly, you must learn to have the proper motivation for helping other people. When we love the people we want to help as ourselves, then we are truly ready to coach. But only a few people know how to truly love themselves. And that is a barrier to becoming a great coach.
A coach communicates with you in order to help you achieve certain results. But its more than just talk - a coach doesn’t just have a conversation with you. A coach helps you identify goals you desire. He helps you create a perfect plan.
He helps you understand what might prevent you from getting it. A coach helps you prepare for the worst yet helps you expect the best. A coach helps you stay accountable to your commitments.
All the worlds greatest elite athletes and super successful people have one. How about you?
In the sport called LIFE …Do you have one? If not, why not?
