If you have a query related to a product or service of mine, please open a ticket with as much detail as possible (product, website, date and time of purchase, amount you paid, method of payment, website along with a complete description of your query).

Getting Your Reply

The more detail you provide the quicker we can solve your problem, so please give us as much info as possible when submitting your request.

All customer emails are responded to with higher priority so in normal circumstances you can expect a reply within 48 hours. All questions answered in the FAQ of that site won’t be responded to.

For non-customer emails, due to the volume received it can take a few weeks to reply to your message (if it requires a response).

For all joint venture requests, interview requests and testimonials, you will receive a reply as soon as possible 🙂
